Karmayogi Bharat, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), is a crucial part of this framework. It was incorporated on 31.01.2022 under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 as a 100% Government owned not-for-profit Company. Its responsibility is to operate and manage the iGOT Karmayogi platform, ensuring anytime, anywhere, any-device learning for civil service officials to enhance their competency. The SPV will own, manage, maintain, and improve the digital assets, including the IPR of all software, content, process etc. on behalf of the Government with an annual subscription-based revenue model.
